Summer Reading Club

June 1--July 31

Readers and listeners ages birth to 12 years

Read books.  Earn prizes.  Have fun. 

Registration begines June 1.

Sign up for summer reading fun.  It's as easy as 1--2--3 to "Make a Splash!":

1 -- Set a reading goal & keep track of your progress toward that goal. 

Earn prizes as you are reading (tattoos, painting sheets, flying disks, and free food from Culvers, Bob Evans, Pizza Hut & Subway.).  Readers/listeners who meet their reading goal will earn a free book and an entry in the grand prize bicycle drawing.

2 -- Attend library programs and special events. 

When you sign up for the reading club, you will receive a calendar listing our monthly programs and events. Some of these programs require separate registration due to limited space or supplies. You may register online, by phone (573-334-5279), or in person.

3 -- Buckets of fun at home and at the library.

Stop by the youth services desk to pick up weekly activity cards.  Complete FIVE or more activities, sign and return the card to the library for a chance to win weekly prize drawings.  Drawings will be held each Monday during the reading club; ten winners will be announced per week. Winners may choose a prize from the glass display cases in the library lobby.
