Gentle Yoga
Are you looking for a beginner's yoga class or interested in some mid-week destressing? Join us for an hour of gentle yoga, held every Wednesday. Please bring your own yoga mat or bath towel, as well as a yoga block for your practice. Space is limited and registration is required.
