Program Type:Health & Wellness
This program is intended for those 60 years old and wiser, who want to have a positive approach to aging. Participants will use their understanding and experiences to cope with life's challenges. Topics for discussion during the four meeting dates will include memory, mental alertness, loss, and life changes.
