With cooler evening temperatures and hazy, cloudy days ahead, you know that fall is right around the corner. Along with the changing of the leaves and the arrival of all things pumpkin-spice, comes our annual Fall Local Author Fair!
The Fall Local Author Fair is a chance for you to get to know our local authors. Over 15 authors will be featured at this event, their books ranging from children's through teen and adult and covering genres of nonfiction, fiction, historical fiction, science fiction, romance, christian fiction, and mystery. Authors will be available to answer questions and copies of their books will be available for purchase. There will be a panel discussion on the writing process, as well as a Q & A session with the panel authors. Refreshments will be available for all attendees and door prizes will be awarded to a lucky few.
This year’s author fair takes place on Saturday, September 2nd from 1:00-3:30 p.m. Register to attend the event here.
If you are a local author and would like to reserve a booth space for this event, please contact Tori Cattaneo at victoria@capelibrary.org or call 573-334-5279 ext. 109.
