Hello, readers! Today is July 31st - do you know what that means? Yes, it does mean that our summer reading program for 2024 is coming to a close, but I am talking about it being Harry Potter’s birthday!

This year, the theme of our Summer Reading Program is ADVENTURE! There is no easier way to adventure anywhere, anytime, in the world than through books. We've compiled a list of children's fiction books that take place in countries around the world.

This July 4th, 2024, the United States of America will be 248 years old. For a country, that is still pretty young! But we have a lot of important history that made our country what it looks like today.
